Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Brentwood, TN seeks a customer-facing server to support daily dining room operations. The role requires FIFO-style duties: greeting guests, serving water, carrying trays, clearing tables, and maintaining clean dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in their tasks.
• Serve water as guests are seated.
• Assist in carrying food trays to tables.
• Remove soiled dishes from table and bring to dish washing area.
• Remove soiled linen from tables and replace with clean linen.
• Set tables with silverware, glassware, and clean linen.
• Clean the floors in the dining room.
• Stock server’s station with supplies.
• Expo orders on the server line
• Collect trash from dining room, grill, and other specified places after each serving period.
• Dust chairs before and after meals.
• Keep ice bins and buckets filled.
• Attend pre-meal meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as appropriate.
