Arctic Engineering & Logistics in Ypsilanti, MI seeks a Delivery Driver to operate a company vehicle on daytime routes, delivering packages to various locations. Starting pay is $22.25/hour with weekly pay, 4-day weeks, and 30–40+ hours. Training is provided, uniforms and safety gear supplied, and a 401(k) with company match is offered. This in-person role supports career growth and ongoing dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift/carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work at least one weekend day (Sat/Sun).
• Reliable transportation to the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and follow traffic laws and company policies.
• Complete vehicle inspections before and after routes.
• Load and organize packages inside the delivery vehicle.
• Deliver packages to residential, commercial, and business locations safely and efficiently.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Use company smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, and communication.
• Follow delivery instructions and complete required documentation.
• Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and teammates.
