Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Day Customer Service Team Member to greet customers, advise on services, and assist with loading vehicles during daytime hours. This role is offered as full-time or part-time and supports a workplace recognized as a Glassdoor Best Place to Work.

You will work Monday through Friday from 7AM to 4PM in a fast-paced setting, standing up to 8+ hours, and you will help deliver a safe, high-quality customer experience while representing our brand values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time.
• Be able to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day).

Responsibilities

• Smile and engage with customers.
• Service advise and load customers.
• Maintain industry-leading quality for our customers.
• Help maintain a park-like environment (inside and outside).
