Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building, premises, and entryways, including stairways, sidewalks, driveways, and play areas.
• Clean classrooms, bathrooms, and hallways daily according to standards.
• Inside responsibilities: regulate heat/AC for comfort and energy efficiency; manage switches and lighting.
• Outside responsibilities: raise/lower the U.S. flag; grounds care; snow removal; graffiti removal; wash windows.
• Load/unload deliveries; move furniture as required; assist with setup and cleanup for events.
• Attend district-required training and ensure building is secure after events.
• Work in adverse weather; assist with snow shoveling when needed.
