Job summary

Supreme Fitness Group seeks a Custodian/Cleaner for Pearlridge Center - Aiea, HI. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all facility areas to ensure a positive member experience.

The role includes sanitizing facilities, restocking supplies, and following Lost and Found procedures, with a focus on reliability and professional conduct in a fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are musts.
• Honesty and an exceptional work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain trash cans.
• Clean/dust items high off the ground (e.g., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters).
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment—such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment—to the Club Manager.
• Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.

Responsibilities

Physical Demands
