Chick-fil-A Wallingford is seeking friendly, enthusiastic team members for a fast-paced kitchen role. You will help prepare menu items with precision, support inventory tasks, and keep a clean, organized work area. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Uniforms are provided and Sundays are closed. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay ($17–$18), and a culture focused on teamwork, leadership development, and exceptional service for guests and fellow team members

Responsibilities

• Follow strict food safety guidelines; prepare all menu items according to Chick-fil-A’s processes
• Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of food
• Clean equipment and maintain an orderly kitchen; wash dishes & take out trash
• Clean & re-stock workstations, scrub & clean floors
• Track, document, and rotate inventory
• Read KPS system effectively to ensure high order accuracy rate
• Follow the instruction of team leaders as they relate to other kitchen responsibilities
