Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Team Members to greet customers, prepare and serve food in a fast-paced, friendly setting. Roles include opening duties, prep work, and serving guests with a focus on consistency and quality in a clean, inviting dine-in environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset for fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen; knife skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by Shift Leader or Manager.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc.).
• If 18 or older, operate the automatic slicer.
