First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is hiring entry-level cooks for our Back-of-the-House team. You will train in a station based on your comfort level and innate skill, preparing breakfast, brunch, or lunch with fresh ingredients and our chef-driven recipes.

You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen and help maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Importantly, we never schedule night shifts, and our YOU FIRST culture puts people first.

Qualifications

• New hires train in a station based on comfort level and innate skill.
• You don't need to master egg flipping to work here.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while keeping high standards.
