Job summary

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Daytime Cleaning Supervisor for the Quad Cities area. This role leads cleaning teams, inspects daily work, and ensures high standards across multiple buildings. On-the-job training is provided and a background check is required.

Position is Mon-Fri, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, in Moline IL at various sites. No experience is required; reliable transportation and strong work ethic are essential for success and customer-facing leadership.

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

We are looking for an individual to join our awesome team as a Daytime Cleaning Supervisor in the Quad Cities. Must be reliable, accountable, personable, and pay attention to detail. If you have some experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning, consider yourself a leader, and can work efficiently on your own, we would love to hear from you. Must pass a background check.

Shift and Cleaning Days

Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Hourly Rate

$17.50/Hr

Duties Include

• Supervision of cleaning tasks throughout multiple buildings
• Daily inspections of cleaning work performed
• Cleaning tasks including but not limited to: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, dusting, cleaning of restrooms, cleaning glass, wiping and disinfecting surfaces, restocking paper products and soap dispensers, floor care

Great Job for those with Previous Work Experience in:

• Property management/ apartment cleaning
• Janitorial / Custodian

Requirements

• No experience necessary. On the job training provided, and support available as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation to get independently from building to building.
• Must be team oriented, and also able to complete tasks alone.
• Must have an excellent work ethic and an eye for detail.
• Must have excellent attendance and be accountable.
• Must have good personal skills in order to commuicate with customers and lead a team of workers in a positive manner.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend for extended periods of time.
