CBS Building Maintenance, Inc. in Dubuque, IA is hiring a part-time janitorial cleaner. Schedule: 3 days per week, 2 hours per day, Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour. Start Time: Flexible.

In this role you’ll perform routine cleaning, sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and maintain equipment. You’ll work independently with a supportive team, interact professionally with clients and staff, and follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding tasks.

Schedule: 3 Days Per Week

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred, but not required

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
