Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred
• License: CDL-B & DOT Medical Card
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
• Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and pass checks as required by policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Review assigned routes and complete jobs within the allotted time.
• Operate street sweeper safely and in compliance with traffic laws and site protocols.
• Handle materials safely and follow disposal procedures.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain logs, manifests, and forms accurately.
• Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
