SYNERGY HomeCare of North Dallas is seeking a Daytime Caretaker to provide compassionate, one-on-one care and companionship, support daily living activities, and promote independence for clients.

You will perform light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, manage medication reminders, and collaborate with families and teammates to ensure smooth transitions while maintaining a safe, respectful care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience, willing to learn and grow.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
