SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide non-medical in-home care for clients in Rosemount, MN. You will assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and companionship while supporting families and care teams.

Competenze

• Previous hands-on caregiving experience.
• Experience assisting with personal care and mobility.
• Open daytime availability, mornings through afternoons.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Mansioni

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, hygiene.
• Support safe mobility and transfers with gait belt as needed.
• Offer companionship and light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team.
