Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care and support to clients in their homes.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement.
• Assist clients with personal care needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Build professional and respectful relationships with clients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members.
• Provide reliable care by arriving on time and consistently attending scheduled shifts.
• Respect each client’s home, preferences, routines, belongings, and pets.
