We offer $17–$20 per hour for full- or part-time shifts, paid training, onboarding success checks, and 24/7 manager support to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Commitment to background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments and activities
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and daily care
• Provide meal preparation and incontinence support as needed
• Light housekeeping and safe home environment
• Offer memory care support and companionship
• Monitor health and report changes to supervisor
