Job summary

Adultcare Assistance Homecare in Tucson, AZ is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors live independently at home. You’ll drive clients to appointments, assist with bathing and grooming, support memory care, and provide meals, light housekeeping, and daily errands.

We offer competitive pay ($17–$20 per hour) for full-time or part-time shifts, paid training, paid time off, and 24/7 manager support. New hires receive onboarding support and opportunities for merit-based raises.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Manage incontinence care thoughtfully.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Prepare healthy meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure safety with memory care.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
