Job summary

James L. West Center for Dementia Care in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Care Partner Floater to provide compassionate daily living assistance between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

This full-time/part-time role offers no nights, weekends, or holidays and supports work-life balance. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and errands to help clients maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, and patient.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and transportation.
• CNA or prior caregiving experience is a plus - but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and errands
• Support clients in maintaining independence at home
