Job summary

Hours are from 6:45am to 2:30pm. The role requires knowledge of cooking procedures, strong teamwork, and adherence to sanitation and HACCP policies to ensure safe, memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as cook.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling).
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Very good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.).
• Prepare, portion, cook food items for various meal periods or special events
• Ability to follow basic recipes and production information
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Follow all company HACCP and safety policies
