Job summary

Swig is hiring daytime team members in Lehi, Utah. You will greet guests, prepare drinks and food, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork drives our fast-paced cafe atmosphere.

Positions run 7am-3pm on weekdays with competitive hourly pay up to $12–$14 including tips. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and a food handler's permit is required. Growth opportunities and employee perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Daytime availability 7am-3pm on weekdays.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Keep dining room and workspaces spotless and organized.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards; rotate stock and prep as needed.
• Engage in upselling add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
