Job summary

First Watch Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a friendly Busser to keep tables clean and ready for guests in our daytime dining concept. You will work closely with Hosts and Servers to ensure fast seating, assist with light housekeeping, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. Must be at least 18 years old and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role supports the daily restaurant flow, helping maintain cleanliness and efficiency during breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Emphasizes strong teamwork and communication within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well with Hosts and Servers to signal table readiness.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly (under 3 minutes).
• Update Hosts when seating is available and assist with light maintenance duties.
• Support overall cleanliness and guest experience as needed.
