Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash; clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles; check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum and dust mop lobby floors; sweep stairwells and entrances; report issues to Management.
