Another Broken Egg Cafe is seeking a Line Cook to join our daytime-focused team. You will execute kitchen operations, prepare all menu items to recipe standards, and uphold safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.

The role requires at least 1 year of kitchen experience, weekend availability, and physical stamina to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced, hot environment. We offer a supportive, high-energy brunch culture with no night shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year kitchen operations experience.
• Must have work availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. Up to 20 times a shift.
• Frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to work frequently in a hot and damp environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare all menu items according to recipe requirements and adhere to product sensitivity and plate presentation guidelines.
• Ensure that all prepared food meets the standard of excellence.
• Control & promote kitchen cleanliness by constantly “working clean.”
• Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents by maintaining an orderly work station.
