Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant seeking enthusiastic team members in VA and surrounding areas. With 30+ corporate locations across NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL, opportunities to train and grow exist.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving beverages, maintaining a tidy section, and assisting with food running. Employees receive tips daily in cash, flexible schedules, and potential internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to carry or lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Running food as needed to both bar and teammates' tables.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage designated side work for each shift.
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines.
