Chick-fil-A Six Forks and Strickland Road in Raleigh is seeking a Back of House Team Member to prepare, cook, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while fostering a friendly, team-oriented environment.

You will manage kitchen responsibilities across stations, stay current with new offers, and uphold safety and cleanliness. The role offers flexibility with shifts and opportunities for development within a locally owned Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Smile, create and maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with limited time offers.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks and stay compliant with dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
