Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while also bringing clients into the community to grow personal goals outside of the home environment.

Both full- and part-time positions are available, with paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Join our caring team and make a real difference in your community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
