Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, TN is hiring Weekend Warrior CNAs for the 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday shifts. This role focuses on compassionate care for residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, with a weekend-only schedule that supports students and working professionals.

As a CNA you will assist with ADLs, provide personal care, monitor health, and collaborate with nurses and therapists.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification.
• Active CNA license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care or similar healthcare settings preferred.
• Passion for caring for seniors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Ability to work every weekend schedule.

Responsabilités

CNA Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Technician (PCT), Caregiver, Resident Assistant, or Resident Care Aide, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Obtain and document vital signs

• Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

• Follow individualized care plans

• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and healthcare teams

• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and families

• Maintain accurate documentation and records
