Job summary

Freight Breakers in White Haven, PA is seeking a Box Loader/Unloader to contribute to a fast-paced, active team. Earn by performance, with daily and hourly pay elements described below. This role focuses on loading and unloading boxes, scanning, and maintaining safe, efficient trailer operations.

The position is full-time with a 4-day workweek, typically 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and overtime as needed. You’ll work in a hands-on environment that rewards productivity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance is required.
• Must arrive on time for every shift.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be able to perform consistent physical work for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor belt onto trailers.
• Scan each box into the trailer using a handheld scanner.
• Move cages to and from staging areas.
• Load trailers quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately.
• Unload floor-loaded trailers and scan boxes as they are unloaded.
• Sort boxes into designated cages.

What You'll Do

Loading

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor belt onto trailers.


• Scan each box into the trailer using a handheld scanner.


• Move cages to and from staging areas.


• Load trailers quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately.

Unloading

• Unload floor-loaded trailers by placing boxes onto a conveyor belt.


• Scan boxes as they are unloaded.


• Sort boxes into designated cages.

This is a physically active position that’s ideal for individuals who enjoy staying busy and working in a team environment.

Pay

Paid Per Trailer – Performance-Based Pay

• Earn approximately $200–$250 per day


• Average earnings of $16 minimum–$25 per hour or more


• Paid per case loaded and unloaded


• The more work you complete, the more you earn

Schedule

• 4 day workweek! 4 (10 hour) shifts a week!


• Dayshifts run Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday from 7AM to 5:30PM
