Clovernook Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dayshift team in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to uphold high standards of long-term care.

Qualified candidates hold an OH RN license, a Nursing Degree from an accredited program, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered OH RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plan, including medication administration and assessments.
• Supervise Nursing Assistants on day-to-day activities.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physician.
• Collaborate to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care.
