Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or college coursework is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years of delivery driving experience.
• Previous box truck driving experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong computer skills and basic technology proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete deliveries and pickups on time with required documentation.
• Deliver, install, and retrieve medical equipment at hospitals and facilities.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on medical beds and related equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and build professional relationships with hospital staff.
• Represent Med One professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Receive, inspect, and prepare equipment for inventory and future deliveries.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, loading, and unloading equipment.
• Perform light maintenance and cosmetic repairs on equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely complete deliveries and pickups, and accurately and on time complete all required documentation.
• Deliver, install, and retrieve medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the assigned service area.
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on medical beds, mattresses, and related equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building professional relationships with hospital staff and assisting with equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Represent Med One professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen our reputation.
• Receive, inspect, clean, process, and prepare medical equipment for inventory and future deliveries.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, order assembly, packing, loading, and unloading medical equipment.
• Perform light equipment maintenance, cleaning, and cosmetic repairs, including sanding, repainting, and repairing damaged equipment cases.
• Record shipment information, including weights, shipping details, and required documentation.
• Operate company box trucks safely and responsibly while following all traffic laws and company policies.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and help ensure company vehicles are maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with local roadways and surrounding service areas
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Flexibility to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation as business needs require
