Job description

The goal of Mygrant Glass Company is to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to our wholesale auto glass customers.

We are hiring for a Day Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate.

Note: This is a safety-sensitive position. Qualified applicants will be required to submit to drug screening.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to meet delivery schedules promptly.
• Inspect, load, and deliver automotive glass.
• Verify customer orders for accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Immediately report any errors to your supervisor.
• Physical ability to frequently unload, load, and lift automotive glass weighing up to 35 pounds, with occasional items up to 75 pounds.
• Ensure accurate delivery of auto glass products.
• Report damaged items to your supervisor.
• Maintain safe driving habits at all times.
• Use modern computer systems, including iPads and Bluetooth accessories.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Perform sitting, lifting, stooping, and walking as part of daily tasks.
• Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Inspect and clean glass before customer order preparation.
• Package customer orders with protective materials.
• Load customer orders into delivery vehicles.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
