• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and medication administration
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding and hydration
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with other care team members
• Participate in resident assessments and care conferences

As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, providing personalized care and support in a safe and nurturing environment.

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

As a Day Shift Caregiver, you will be working a variety of shifts, including holidays and weekends. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and other caregivers.
