Taco Bell in Ohio is seeking daytime Crew Members for morning to early afternoon shifts. Opening times vary; openings can start as early as 6:00am with shifts ending by 4:00pm.

Join a friendly team in a fast-paced setting and enjoy paid training, advancement opportunities, and flexible scheduling. Whether you’re in a Customer Service or Food/Kitchen role, you’ll help greet guests, take orders, and keep the dining area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; no prior experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and training materials.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Must have reliable transportation and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns quickly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dishes, and floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Operate ovens, fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment safely.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Looking for daytime work? The Opener/Days schedule is looking for employees who are able to work during the morning/early afternoon. Opening times vary by restaurant. Schedules for Openers can start as early as 6:00am. Dayshift typically ends by 4:00pm. Shift Length and specific Start/End times will vary within these times.

The Crew Member is the key to ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a very important position for a friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The successful Customer Service Crew Member is able to:

• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners
• Maintain facility cleanliness by completing general clean tasks including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.

The successful Food/Kitchen Service Crew Member is able to:

• Answering questions about menu items and promotions
• Prepare Ingredients and Menu Items
• Restocking product and workstations
• Using food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and various kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean work environment by completing general clean tasks including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements:
