Job summary

Pittsburgh, PA area-based St. Moritz Building services is seeking full-time cleaners for 1st shift. This is a high-volume role with 50 openings, focusing on interior cleaning, window and surface upkeep, trash removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors by dusting, polishing furniture, mirrors, fixtures; washing windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping and wiping surfaces; restrooms resupply.
• Maintain building accessibility and appearance by removing trash and keeping common areas tidy.
• Remove trash from receptacles to disposal or recycling areas.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; perform basic repairs and parts replacement as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and document cleaning actions between shifts; note areas needing extra care.
• Support team goals and contribute to related tasks as required.

As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways :

• Maintaining building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, wiping blinds, furniture, and carpeting; resupplying restrooms; replacing light bulbs.
• Maintaining building accessibility and appearance by picking up papers and trash
• Removing trash from receptacles to the disposal or recycling areas
• Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operator repairs and parts replacement.
• Maintaining safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning actions; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
