Job summary

Kinder College in New Jersey is hiring a caring Toddler Teacher for 2–3-year-olds. This full-time role runs 9:30 AM–6:30 PM and involves creating a safe, nurturing classroom, planning age-appropriate activities, and providing daily updates to families.

Candidates with prior daycare experience, the ability to document activities in an app, and strong teamwork fit well. A background check is required; associate degree or CDA plus first aid/CPR are a plus.

Kinder College is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team!

Age Group: 2–3-year-old toddlers

Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Position: Full-time, closing position

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a daycare or classroom setting
• Experience caring for and supervising toddlers
• Comfortable with diaper changes and toddler care routines
• Able to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Comfortable using an app to document daily experiences, activities, meals, and updates for families
• Reliable, responsible, and a team player
• Patient, kind, and nurturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Must be able to pass a required background check and fingerprinting

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and wants to be part of a supportive childcare team.
