La Petite Academy in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Team Lead to guide classrooms, implement curriculum, and support families with warmth and professionalism. You will lead teaching staff, ensure licensing compliance, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused environment for children and colleagues.

We value energetic, dependable individuals with childcare experience, the ability to mentor new hires, and a commitment to high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree (preferred) or a CDA.
• Ability to meet state/accreditation education/experience requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsabilités

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate and build relationships with families to support center success and child achievement.
• Mentor and train new hires and fellow Teachers, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Take on duties of Director or Assistant Director in absence, including opening/closing the school.
• Ensure daily care of every child by following licensing guidelines and company standards.
