Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Salary Range: $20 to $23/per hour for EEC Certified Candidates.

This position requires an Infant/Toddler Early Childhood Certificate

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing classroom needs to support children’s well-being.
• Nurturing a love of learning through a child-centered approach with social-emotional, STEAM, and nature-based activities.
• Maintaining regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.

Qualifications:

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
• EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds multiple times a day.

$2,500 Sign on Bonus to be paid out:

• 30% upon the first pay period following your 90th day of employment ($600).
• 70% upon the first pay period following your 180th day of consecutive employment ($1,400).
• $500 upon the first pay period following your ninth month of employment.
