Job summary

A to Z Building Blocks is hiring caring and dependable Daycare Teacher Assistants to join our Spanish Fork team in Utah. We offer opportunities across ages and classrooms, with starting pay at $14.00/hour and room for growth.

We provide paid training, free meals during shifts, and supplemental insurance options. Schedule is Monday–Friday with shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, aiming for consistent weekly hours and long-term availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in daycare, child care, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or teaching is a plus.
• 21+ with a clean driving record is strongly preferred.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit.

• Care for and supervise children.
• Support learning, play, and daily routines.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and engaging.
• Work with your team to provide quality child care.
• May help transport children in our 14-passenger van (preschool and school age).

We're Looking For

• Experience in daycare, child care, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or teaching is a plus
• 21+ with a clean driving record is strongly preferred
• Comfortable learning to drive our 14-passenger van
• No CDL required. We provide driver training
• Dependable, positive, patient, and enjoys working with kids
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit
• Able to pass a background check
