Responsibilities:

1. Planning and implementing daily program activities - Have fun!
2. Coordinating fun and educational activities - Be a leader!
3. Assisting the director with designated activities - Work as a team!
4. Create and implement educational lesson plans based on the creative curriculum - Mold young minds!
5. Uphold Keystone STARS standards - Be a great example!

Requirements:

• Be mission focused: Help every child to learn and grow in their own unique style.
• Display and uphold our core values: love, learning, support, respect, & communication.
• Associates degree required in early childhood education or a related field for lead teacher positions.
• GED or Diploma required for aide positions.
• Ability to pass criminal and sexual abuse background checks.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation.
