The ideal candidate should possess a BA in Early Childhood Development, a CDA Credential, and CPR/First Aid certification. Qualifications

• Ability to engage with children, parents and peers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student progress.
• Plan curriculum to meet developmental needs.
• Meet with parents to discuss students' needs.
• Guide and mentor teaching staff.
• Meet with parents to discuss needs and goals of students.
• Meet with co-teachers weekly for lesson planning development.
• Attend weekly, bi-weekly and monthly staff meetings and trainings.
