Primrose School of Berkeley Heights in Berkeley Heights, NJ is seeking Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Support Teachers to join our team—no nights or weekends and with a 4-day, 40-hour work week option. You’ll work in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment at the Berkeley Heights campus.

As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll build trusted relationships with families, provide nurturing care, and help children develop their foundation using our digital platform and the Balanced Learning curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
