Primrose School of Berkeley Heights is hiring Assistant Teachers to nurture and educate preschool children in a caring, growth-focused environment. Expect to build trusted relationships with families and deliver developmentally appropriate activities using our digital platform.

No nights or weekends. Weekly schedule includes a 4-day, 40-hour option with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth through on-site leadership and training.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
