We are seeking passionate Assistant Teachers to join our South Burlington team, led by an experienced School Director. Our community is built on teamwork, passion, and continuous learning.

Salary Range: $16.70 to $22.00

Your daily responsibilities will include managing classroom needs, supporting children’s well-being, and fostering a love of learning through social-emotional, STEAM, and nature-based activities. Maintaining communication with families is vital for collaborative growth.

Qualifications:

• Compliance with VT Public Health and Child Care Regulations.
• Passing the required background check.
• Completion of relevant early childhood courses or certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Serving as a mandated reporter, on and off campus.
• Meeting NAEYC’s Anti-Bias standards.
• Ability to stand, move, run, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

Salary Range: $16.70 - $22 per hour
