Job summary

Tutor Time Childcare in Washington state is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide young learners and model best practices in early education. You will mentor fellow teachers, design engaging activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing classroom that aligns with licensing guidelines.

This full-time position offers a biweekly and daily pay option, health insurance, tuition assistance, and a 401(k) with company match. Compensation for the Lead Teacher ranges from $19.82 to $20.59 per hour, with a Monday

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Lead Teacher- $19.82-$20.59
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees
• Monday through Friday work week
