As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

  • Create! Develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
  • Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
  • Lead! Manage classroom operations, curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and standards.
  • Communicate! Build meaningful relationships with families to support children's achievement and center success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

  • Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
  • The ability to meet state and center educational requirements.
  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Bi-weekly and daily pay options, with salaries ranging from $17.00 to $24.00 based on experience and education.
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full-time employees; limited medical for part-time.
  • Education assistance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts.
  • Monday through Friday work week.
