As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you are:
  • Caring! Follow licensing guidelines and standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
  • Engaged! Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
  • Knowledgeable! Complete extensive training on child care, preschool, and development topics.
  • Creative! Implement our proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences.
We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are:
  • At least 18 years old with 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating lesson plans in a licensed center.
  • Minimum of 12 ECE units.
  • Able to meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options.
  • Teacher/Lead Teacher: $19.50-$22.50 per hour.
  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full-time employees; limited medical for part-time.
  • Education assistance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts.
  • Monday through Friday work week.
