Job summary

Our Cartersville, GA childcare program is hiring a full-time floater to join a dynamic team. Jump in wherever needed to keep classrooms running smoothly and support daily activities. We use Creative Curriculum to guide activities and planning.

Requirements include at least 2 years in licensed childcare, experience with multiple age groups, and CPR/First Aid certification (preferred). We offer a collaborative, family-oriented environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• Experience working with multiple age groups (infants through school-age preferred).
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support classrooms throughout the day as needed.
• Help maintain ratios, cover breaks, and assist with transitions across age groups.
• Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Assist with afterschool care and school break camps.
