The Learning Experience – Marietta, GA is seeking a Center Floater to support infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. You will float between rooms, assist teachers, and help run a safe, organized daily routine that fosters learning and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Provide loving, attentive, and engaging care for children ages 6 weeks through preschool.

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, music, movement, and learning experiences.
• Support daily routines including meals, diapering, toileting, nap time, transitions, and outdoor play.

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

The Learning Experience (TLE) in Marietta is looking for an enthusiastic Center Floater to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and genuinely loves helping young children learn, play, and grow.

As a Center Floater, you will have the opportunity to work with children across our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms while supporting our teachers and helping our center run smoothly throughout the day.

What You’ll Do

Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, babysitting, nanny, camp, or early childhood education experience is a plus—but the right attitude and genuine love for children matter just as much.
