Job summary

Grace Community School & Daycare in Pelham, AL seeks a Classroom Coordinator to create engaging learning environments for our youngest students and support our teachers in daily activities. You will assist with lesson planning using ABEKA curriculum, provide hands-on classroom management, and lead tailored literacy and math activities to foster development.

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM, and emphasizes collaboration, safety, and nurturing education.

Qualifications

• Prior classroom experience in early education or a daycare setting.
• Knowledge of special education practices, behavior management techniques, and curriculum development.
• Experience with ABEKA curriculum is a plus.
• Certification in Education or a related field is a plus.
