Job summary

Learning Care Group in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking Assistant Teachers to support daily care, following licensing guidelines, and maintaining a fun, organized classroom. You will spend your day engaging with children and families in a nurturing setting.

You will develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, effectively communicating with families while completing extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Qualifications

• Meet state licensing and accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
