Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a supportive community focused on caring for children and families. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a dynamic classroom, and engage with children daily, promoting growth and learning.

You will develop skills through extensive training in childcare and development topics, with flexible schedules and opportunities to bring your own children to work.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage physically with children.
• Passion for working with children and delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Care for each child following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children's needs and development.
• Effectively communicate with families about children's progress.

Assistant Teachers:
